At the Library of Congress: Memory, Experience & Imagination in Works of Lao & Hmong American Authors

Earlier this year, Thavisouk Phrasavath, Kao Kalia Yang and I spoke to the Library of Congress about Lao literature and the arts in America during our diaspora as we approach 50 years in the US as a community.

For those of you who missed that conversation when we first held it, it has recently been posted at the LOC and Youtube. It ran longer than we originally planned, but I think we shared some key ideas that will be of use for many emerging creators in our community.

I hope you enjoy it!
